Mindology Fitness

Mindology Fitness™

Is a mental fitness workout that integrates a sprinkling of original healing techniques with a hefty dose of some of the most scientifically successful healing methodologies in the world. It’s a one of a kind class. I sought this class out after I lost a loved one to suicide. The pain was indescribable and shook me to my core. After taking a few of theses classes personally, I decided to become a trainer in Mindology Fitness™  This can be done in a group setting or one on one. As your Mindology Fitness™ Trainer my number one intention is to provide you with the tools you need to ensure that your peace of mind is in your hands at all times.

A healthy body requires a mix of regular exercise, proper nutrition, quality of sleep and mindfulness. A healthy body sets the stage for your day to day well being. Maintaining a healthy body is the best way to have an active and full life.
Exercise improves your muscle strength and will boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. When your heart and lung health improves, you have more energy to tackle chores.
Exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes. Exercise can have immediate and long term health benefits, but most importantly regular exercise can improve the quality of your life.
Every session I train my clients, I believe in working your core, balance, muscular strength and flexibility. I will create a fitness plan that incorporates each of these elements to ensure that your body will feel its very best.
