Biography

Anita Pressman

Getting healthy and in shape requires willpower, a positive mindset and support. That is where I come in. I’m Anita ~ I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, Advanced Flexibility Specialist and Yoga instructor in the Los Angeles area. I train my clients in the privacy of their homes, offices, parks or gyms. I’ve continued my impressive certification and practice for 20 years. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients reap the benefits of eating well and exercising regularly. I work with people from 8 yrs of age to 100 yrs of age. From the novice to the athlete.

I also lead classes in Yoga, Fitness Bootcamp, Meditation, Tai Chi, Level 1 QiGong, Water Therapy/Fitness, Circuit Training, Health and Wellness, Children’s Yoga and most recently a Mindology™️ Certified Fitness Trainer. Mindology Fitness is a mind, body and spirt workout. Growing up in NYC I’d tag along with my mother to Jack LaLanne gym. From an early age I knew I wanted to work in Fitness and Health. Complimenting the frequent visits to the gym I also joined my mother to her Weight Watchers meetings. It was there that I learned the struggle that people have with dieting and over eating. Knowing my mission in life is to keep people healthy and happy I reveled in a life dedicated to Fitness and Wellness.

I am also a proud Board Member for Fit4TheCause. provides therapeutic exercise and nutrition to those who cannot afford trainers or attend gyms under normal circumstances.

In 2020 when the pandemic hit and I  couldn’t see my clients in person,  I made sure my clients stayed in shape through virtual training sessions. During that time I accepted the position of in house  Activities Coordinator at Milestones Ranch Malibu. I taught Fitness Bootcamp, Personal Training, Yoga, Meditation as well as grounding techniques for achieving and maintaining inner peace.

On weekends you’ll find me leading Yoga, QiGong and Meditation at sunset. I truly believe “Exercise is the Best Medicine”.
In my spare time I enjoy working out, Meditating, hiking with friends, QiGong, Yoga, and most importantly watching sports and movies with my son.
